The MRI results came back today, and we finally got an answer. It showed a bulging disc in Mom's spine. Tomorrow the doctor is going to give her a cortisone shot that should solve the problem. We'll see!
She finally got some sleep last night, so she's doing MUCH better today. She's only on morphine now, so she's less drowsy. I visited her after class today, and I told her about the crazy, funny things she said yesterday. She doesn't remember telling the nurse that I'm from Cuba, or that we have a "Golden Sheperd." She meant to say that our dog's breed is from Cuba, and we have a Golden Retriever. That Xanax is something else I tell ya...
