Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 is Officially the Biggest Movie Ever

Harry Potter's final film not only scored the largest midnight debut and opening day, but it also grabbed the prize for biggest opening weekend EVER!

Opening with $168.6 million in its domestic opening weekend, Deathly Hallows Part 2 obliterated the competition and knocked The Dark Knight's $158.4 million opening off its number 1 pedestal.

The movie earned $15.5 million in just IMAX theaters alone and a mind-blowing $307 million in 59 countries, clearly surpassing Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, which just recently took the crown for biggest international movie.
