Our alarms went off at 7:00, just as the sun was coming up. It was absolutely beautiful. We stuffed everything in the car, and as soon as we were ready to leave, the continental breakfast was put out. We had to have it one last time, then we checked out with Olga, the receptionist, and confirmed our reservation for next year. Then it was time to hit the road.
Our first stop was at Turkey Lake Plaza. We ate at Villa Pizza inside the plaza and bought a couple snacks at the Sunshine Market. I looked like a crazy with my hair all frizzy. I didn't take a shower this morning, and had been sleeping in the car, so you can only imagine what I looked like.

The next stop was at Florida Citrus Center, a whole center dedicated to Florida oranges. We only stopped here so Amy could use the restroom, but it this place was hoppin'. There was a long line for the women's restroom, and every shop I went into was too crowded to walk around in comfortably. But, everything smelled of oranges, and I loved it.
Our third stop, for gas this time, was a station in Lenox, Georgia. It was interesting to say the least. They sold tobacco paraphernalia, hookah, water bongs, and (what looked like to me) crack pipes. I saw a TV show on crack addicts, and I the little things they were selling at this gas station looked just like it. Oh, and instead of having gum or something of that sort next to the register, they had condoms and sex enhancers. Classy, right?

Our final stop was at our hotel in Macon, Georgia, the same one we stayed in on our way down to Florida. In fact, our room is right next door to the room we had the first time.
We grabbed some dinner at Panera Bread (DELICIOUS), and now our hotel room smells of broccoli and caesar salad. It's an interesting combination, but it's fading gradually. We picked up some Panera cinnamon rolls for breakfast, too. I was so tempted to eat mine tonight, but I held back the urge somehow.
Anyways, the adapter I bought yesterday has been working wonderfully. I was able to upload photos, and reorganize my iPhoto library, all in the car. Soon after I post this, I'll be posting my photos. There's over 100 of them, so it might take a while. I still haven't figured out how I'm going to do it. I'll probably have to wait until I get home because the internet at this hotel is too slow.
Tomorrow is going to be a long day!
