We got a late start today... We had planned to get up at 5:00 and be on the road by 6:00, but when I woke up and looked at my phone, it was 7:30. Oopsies.
We were on the road by 9:00, but we ran into some traffic on I-75. It turns out that an RV caught fire. It took about 45 minutes to get through, and people were getting out of their cars. Some "spring breakers" even took the time to throw a football around until they hit a car with it on accident. It was entertaining. Ha ha.
It's been another long day of driving, so everyone was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel at 8:30. Feeling worn out and lazy, we went to Publix and bought the easiest and cheapest thing we could find to make for dinner: hot dogs and chips. We weren't that hungry, so it was just enough.
I'm so excited to be back here! Just like last year, I plan on taking a bath in the jacuzzi tub every single night. I already took one tonight, so now it's time for some sleep!
I can't wait to go to beach and soak up some sun tomorrow!
